Just started training here after a life of NO training! Thomas listens to my needs and is helping me get to speed without injuring myself. I’m excited to see if I can eliminate my life-long back pain. Update: I’ve gotten to know Thomas pretty well these past few weeks, and I am more impressed every day by his commitment to listening to my needs and adjusting the workout accordingly.
