I have had a contract signed since June 25th for JJ Gutters to come replace a portion of my gutters. They have been scheduled on 3 different occasions to come out and did not show. Each time we called to see why they didn’t show up the customer service associate’s response was«that’s strange… let me check into it». Sadly, we never heard from her after each call to rectify the mistake. After that they stopped responding to our calls, so we decided to move on to another company, but wanted others to know that they should look elsewhere.
