This is probably the worst Jimmy Johns experience I’ve ever had… And I’ve had many good experiences with other locations in the past. I ordered a sandwich at 1 pm and it didn’t arrive until 2 pm… There’s nothing«freakishly fast» about that. Anyway, the delivery driver was polite and courteous & I wasn’t really upset so I tipped him and let him on his way. I scarf down half of the sandwich as I was starving by that point. I begin to bite into the second half when I realize the taste was a little sour. Being that it was a beach club on wheat with no mayo, it had no business being sour. I wrapped it back up and tossed it out in fear of food poisoning(a friend of mine has warned me of JJ food poisoning scenarios). About an hour later my stomach begins to flare up with indigestion. I drink some water and begin closing my workday. When I arrive home I have to run to the bathroom & realize my stomach is not pleased at all with what I put into it. Now here’s the worst part — I finally decide to call JJ’s to fill them in on what happened when I decided to order from them for lunch today… The guy who answered the phone asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I said no, I just wanted to make you aware of what’s happened & see if you know what caused the delay & weird taste. He said he didn’t know because he wasn’t there then let me go saying«have a nice day.» I guess I shouldn’t expect a whole lot but this establishment could’ve kept my business if people were trained to properly address these types of calls! Shouldn’t you offer me a refund for this poor service? A simple«sorry that happened, hope you feel better» would have been enough to keep their Unilocal review decent.

Normally they are freakishly fast and delicious. I placed an order, waited an hour… no sandwich. I called and told them to cancel the order. My sandwich was delivered to a STRANGER!!! They offered to replace the order for free but unfortunately the mood had passed. Oh well, maybe next time :-(

I thought the delivery service was terrible at this jimmy johns so I decided to call my order in and pick it up. I got to the jimmy johns and the staff was standing around waiting for the lady at the counter to order no one said hello or stepped in to help. A guy walks in behind me and steps to the other register and they immediately ask him what he would like. At this point I’m frustrated, I called in so I would just walk in and pick up and leave yet I’m standing there waiting and the guy who walked in after me had already sat down to eat by the time I was talking out. Bad service!!!

Ate here a while back and this has been bugging me. So here it is. I asked for oil and vinegar in the side as I wasn’t going to finish it right then and I didn’t want a soggy sandwich later. Love oil vinegar, but hate that it makes such a mess :) Anyway the girl said no, we don’t do that. What put the dressing in a side cup? She said it was a corporate policy. I even held up a drink cup and asked if she could put it in there. Again flat out refusal and rude too. I find it really hard to believe her excuse that corporate wouldn’t allow this. Don’t they cater and deliver? Even Subway can handle this very small request and do so nicely. Oh well, Jersey Mike’s is better anyway.

These guys are great. Fast delivery, and have never gotten my order wrong once(where I used to work, that location would always mess up and leave the onions or mayo on the sandwich!) These guys clearly operate efficiently, and their delivery drivers have been polite and professional every time.

Very good sandwiches. Fast delivery. But really expensive $ 30 for two sandwiches, chips. pickle and a cookie.

4 stars for what it is, a fast food sub shop. The night club with hot peppers is where it’s at. I haven’t really tried any of the other sandwiches. The bread is good, similar to Lenny’s. I am also a huge fan of their chips, particularly the jalapeño.
