Jack-In-the-Box-Drive Thru Restaurants

well go there to the drive thru after working all day and haven’t eaten anything all day either ordered 1 jumbo jack 4 tacos. i go home to eat the burger was okay but not great. the tacos where cold and 3 of them didn’t have cheese and all of them had so much lettuce it was like eating a salad not a taco. but im starving so I just scarf down the food because I have not eaten all day. i go back up there and asked to speak to the manager. and tell her all of this and she says wheres the food I don’t see any
! I tell her I don’t want my money back I don’t want more food I just wan them to be aware of the problem. she calls to one girl in the back and points me out to her says this guy says you didn’t make his tacos right. and walks away so im standing there a guy next to me said last time I came here to they didn’t put cheese on my tacos either so I talk to him for about 5 minutes. and the managers walks by again looking surprised that im still standing there im like maybe you need to train your employees how to make tacos the right way or maybe they need to have more pride in there work I know its just fast food but any where you work have pride in your work and I was like this store is a mess there is trash everywhere how can you miss it. the lobby covered in trash the kitchen covered in trash I had to literally point for her to look at the floor. she still didn’t do anything about the trash. if you don’t mind eating terrible food made in a pile of trash this is the place for you.

This place was gross… Home girl talking on her cell phone while she making tacos… Really slow service and a sketchy unclean feel… What a bunch of Farm Animals… Smh

Last week I ordered (2) bacon ultimate cheeseburgers without mayo and without mustard for Luis and his schoolmate. You guessed it! They both had mayo & mustard. This was after the cashier fellow rang us for (2) drinks that we did not order. He made it a combo just b/​c he felt like it! Not b/​c we ordered it! How bout you go to work and pull that stunt:). Anyway I returned the order & got a refund, but I had 2 spend gas & time to drive back there for the refund of cour
se. This week, today I got creative. I wrote the order on the notepad section of my iPad. The cashier fellow was not there! Yeah! The cashier lady was intelligent & able to read the order off the iPad and what I got what I ordered this week:). You too may want to adopt this technique! It worked? The manager who said last week that said she is retiring is still there.
