Jack in the Box

Cold Food. No buttery flavor on Buttery Jack. Waited 6 minutes after paying to get food. Will not ba back here. I love Jack in the Box, but this location is no where close to the rest.

I’m 68 years old and I’ve been to Jack in the box restaurants in at least eight states and this is the worst I’ve ever been to. My wife and I live less than two miles away from it and we won’t be back. They never have more than two or three groups of people. Their employees are always clueless. Our orders are always wrong. Not only can you not get it your way. You can’t even get it Jacks way. We ordered 6 tacos with sauce and 4 without. They all came without, I guess it’s too different to put sauce on only 6 tacos. We’ve ordered bacon cheddar potato wedges and only received half an order. At times the floor in the dining room seems to be coated with oil it’s so slippery. We’ve been there and were told they were out of fries. It’s obviously a franchise store with a cheap owner that’s not doing the chain any good. We like Jack in the box restaurants but this one sucks. These other reviewers obviously don’t have the right location.

They always provide quick quality for fast food service is great

I’ve added a star from my last review because customer service has stepped up considerably here and the quality of food has vastly improved. JIB still has one of the best price to product ratios around.
