Insight Eye Associates

I had an appointment to have my prescription looked at. A few days before I began having some eye problems in my right eye. I have had a history of a viral infection in my eye so I pretty much knew what was going on. Without an appointment for that, I told the girl at the desk I needed to see the doctor. He saw me quickly and spent a lot of time with me looking at my eye and getting me the attention I needed. He set up a follow-​up appointment for me in a week so I’m hopeful my eye will improve and I will regain the vision I had soon. I appreciate the attention I received on short notice.

Dr. Lee and the entire staff are very friendly and thorough. No pressure on what to buy. Everything is presented in a professional manner for one to decide. I then had a few followup emails with the rebate info that was to be sent, my medical Rxs and feedback tool. Overall, a great experience!

I purchased a pair of prescription eye glasses from this business in September 2015. In October, the frame came loose. I took them to get repaired; and I was quickly greeted and upon the return of the employee, she infatically informed me that I did not purchase them from there. She informed me that my last visit according to her records was in 2014. I explained that I was just at this location last month and she continued to ensure me this was not the case. I immediately asked for the manager. The manager approached and called me someone else’s name. EXCUSE ME??? The young lady did not even request my name to search her
Funny how do you know I haven’t been here since 2014 and you didn’t even ask me my when I walked in.

Very professional, thorough and friendly staff made my visit a great one! Dr. Pierce and his staff are pleasant, warm and very professional. After the visit, I received emails that same day with .pdf files of my prescription and options I had available to me. I highly recommend them!

My family and I have been going to Insight Eye Associates since 2012. I am very glad that they are near my house. I have seen both Dr. Lee and Dr. Pierce. They are both very thorough and thoughtful and of course, skilled at what they do. I love that they have trained their staff to be as helpful and courteous as they are. Definitely, a great place for your eye care needs for the whole family.

Dr Pierce and his staff are great. He really takes the time to explain everything and answer all of your questions! I’ve been going here for a few years and I will be back :)

Dr. Pierce and the office staff at Insight EYe Associates is great! Dr. Pierce is always so patient with my questions and explains everything very clearly. The office staff is always so nice and able to get me in right away for appointments! Definitely recommend this office!

The is my second visit in two years to Insight Eye Associates and nothing has changed. The staff are still responsive and professional, Dr. Lee is still thorough and caring and the office and equipment were clean and inviting. I recommend Insight Eye Associates to anyone that even mentions needing new glasses, contacts or just an exam. They’re really that great!

Dr. Lee here is wonderful. The staff is very attentive and very helpful. My daughter received her first pair of contacts here and the staff gave her all the tools and informations she needed and answered a lot of questions my daughter and I had. Highly recommend them.
