Back to the basics for hamburgers, fries, soft drink, and milk shakes. The menus is simple. On this order I purchased ‘animal style’. There’s a slight change on the off menu styles that I was use too, but if you want it carnivore style you have to request it as ‘protein style.’ The food comes off hot and the fries are not overly salted, but that maybe because of the vegetable oil its fried in so it has that taste you want with fries. Freshly sliced fries daily and fresh ground hamburger meat. They have resized the burgers and ice cream shakes from the original size. It probably takes in the consideration of the inflation. There is a noticeable difference from the what-a-burgers and the five guys. Hand ups better than what-a-burger. The service was friendly and fast and the guest area was clean and everything was stocked. * This might be because this place is relatively new. anyway it was a enjoyable visit. They have kept the prices all reasonable. You won’t be disappointed. My highest rating is 5 Forks up.

This is the worst drive through experience I have had at any In-n-Out and I am from California! We got at the drive through at 10:56am, with two cars ahead of us. We ordered 2 diet cokes and we left the drive through at 11:05am. The staff inside seemed to be running in slow motion. The car in front of us seemed to be u happy with her order as you could hear her tell them her order was wrong! For just being open, this store was doing a very poor job of providing good customer service and getting their drive through customers in and out!

Most overrated fast food burger joint on the planet. Burger is just average. Very similar to Sonic. Fries taste like cardboard. I’ve tried every ‘style’. Nothing can cover the taste of the cardboard tasting fries. Better off going across the street to Five Guys.

I am so glad they put one close to home. I grew up on these burgers and they are so good. It seems the bad reviews come from people who have lived in Texas their whole lives and have never had fresh burgers and fries. The food is quality the service is good. They pay there workers great and Christian owned… what more could you ask for!

This place is pretty good, except when they don’t clean the dirt off the potatoes before making them into French fries. Talk about ruining your meal with some earthy crunch’n.

The burgers are very good. The fries are always hot and yummy. I like to get my fries Animal Styled. The Animal Style fries come smothered in cheese, onions, and their secret sauce. It’s actually an item off their secret menu. I never even knew about them until my boyfriend told me about them. Anyways, the service is really friendly, and the speed of the drive thru is decent enough.

Great customer service! They are always so nice, unlike Chick– fila off Heritage Trace.

Came here a while after it opened. It was pretty busy considering it was around 3 – 4 in the afternoon on a weekend but the staff were friendly and it didn’t take long to order. I ordered a double double burger with fries and a drink. I had seen a lot of hype over«animal style» and figured I’d try«animal style» fries but I honestly didn’t care for the sauce. It was just a bit too overwhelming for me and made everything soggy(but that’s my fault considering I eat kind of slow). The burger itself was pretty great but a tad dry. Fries were subpar, not as great as everyone was making them out to be. Overall, it was a good experience and I’m looking forward to coming back in the future.

What can I say? Delicious, fresh burgers. Yes! Fresh French fries? Yes! Simple, excellent menu! Want to try something different? Order your fries of burger animal style. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m from California and in think while the transplants and the native Texans do not get is how simplistic yet fantastic is thier food and a menu that really hasn’t changed in 50 years. I was originally against In N Out coming out here due special part of being on the west coast but when they did and went to the opening on 7th st with police trafficking i knew it was right. I tried this location today, around one of the most booming parts of Fort Worth. I went through the drive through, wasn’t too busy but several cars in front and tasted amazing when i got it. Absolutely blows Whataburger and Wendys out of the water and Jack In the Box and pretty much most fast food burger joints. If your wanting variety and don’t mind paying higher prices then search elsewhere, this place owns and glad they came out to Texas.

First time try this fast food chain. Very disappointed. Burger is juicy, and ok. But the fries are very burned. And the drinks taste weird and funny. Staff is helpful and changed fries for us, but it is just a little better after the man hand picked out some very burned ones.

Best quality burger around! The ingredients are fresh and the service is always fast, even during peak hours. My husband always gets the same thing and sometimes when he orders it the manager recognizes his burger and runs up to the window to say hi. Super friendly! This place makes the BEST Arnold Palmers(half tea half lemonade) and will offer to re-make it for you if it doesn’t taste perfect. I’ve never had to take them up on that because they definitely have it down!

I’m glad they built a In and Out on this side of town! Good burgers for cheap! At first I wasn’t a fan but I kept giving it a try. Always add cheese and do it animal style. When the drive thru is busy they’ll have someone else outside taking orders, try to speed it up some. Their presentation is perfect! Burgers half wrapped, you see the inside contents. Fries only come in one size. Palm trees outside, friendly staff! This side of 35 is growing. Costco, raising canes, pollo tropical, and more coming! Can’t wait!

We were at Costco right next to this location and decided to hit the drive through on our way home. we each ordered the number one which is a double cheeseburger with fries and a medium drink. Mine came with everything on it including pickles and onions and my husband chose to go with cheese in the special sauce only. instead of ordering through a speaker we were greeted by a nice gentleman took our order right at our car window and then when we pulled up to pay our order was repeated back to us not only by the gentleman who took our money but then by the young lady who gave us our order. We arrived home with two perfect burgers done as we each want it delicious fries and drinks will definitely be returning to this location as my husband loves In n Out.

Look, if you are a Type-A and need your food Zippy-Fast or you don’t like burgers, move on!!! In-N-Out Burgers probably has the simplest menu of almost any place I’ve been. Only burgers. Cooked to order burgers. Oh, they do have soft drinks or shakes too. Jeesh! They aren’t pre-prepared so don’t expect them to come wizzing out to you either in the restaurant or in the drive-thru. They are fresh! This new location is diagonally across the street from COSTCO at the corner of N Tarrant Pkwy and Tehama Ridge Rd. Expect a sparkling clean interior, floors, seats, tables, restrooms, kitchen. There’s a full time person working to keep it that way. Ok, let’s talk about the quality of the food. It’s good. Period. It’s not great, it’s not bad. For heaven sake, it’s a simple burger(with onion if you ask for it). So, go and enjoy it. For a burger specialty place, I probably like the taste of Five Guys across I-35 in Alliance Town Center better But the cost there is much greater too. The burgers are thicker and the french fries are meatier and in great abundance. I’d say the burgers are definitely a step up from McDonald’s though. That said, there is nothing at all wrong with In-N-Out Burger. Give ‘em a whirl. I’d give them a 3+ stars if I could.

YES!!! I’m so glad that this open. You have NO idea how long I have been waiting for this! I am SOOOOO tired of going to the Hurst or Ft. Worth locations with all the road traffic and construction. I come from the land of In-N-Outs(Southern California) and I know me some In-N-Out! So excuse my little rant for the next paragraph please. :) Thank you! :) Now, I’m not even going to start with my normal speal about how you NEED to order this burger«animal style» because that is the BEAUTY of In-N-Out. I am ALSO not going to go into adding salt to your fries because these are fresh french fries that they don’t over salt. I am ALSO not going to get into getting a shake instead of a drink because well… it’s so worth it and the delicious creaminess and the yumminess is off the charts. I’m not going to do that because my last TWO reviews on the Hurst and Ft. Worth locations go into that more in-depth. What I am going to say for this location is that I have been here a few times since it has opened and well, I am REALLY impressed with their drive thru. A LOT of new establishments around this complex have lacked in their drive thru efficiencies but In-N-Out was fast, friendly and correct in my order which is the most important thing. My one TINY complaint is that this one is a TAD greasier than I would like this burger to be.(Comparatively to other In-N-Outs) Maybe some growing pains? IDK! *BTW, just a small tip. If your number isn’t being called and you think you have been overlooked, it doesn’t hurt to ask. I find that if you hover where they can see you… they will ask you if you need anything or what you had.
