HSNT- Benbrook

The husband decided the kids need a pet. Finally, The Humane Society of North Texas opened up in Benbrook so I won’t have to drive down Lancaster and get the feels. Do I adopt a homeless person or an animal? After 1+ years of spending our Sundays going from Petsmart to Petsmart to Petco to HSNT, finally enough was enough and found our pet.
I’m an animal lover. I prefer dogs, but I’m outnumbered and was 3 against 1 on a cat. My kids are strange and don’t like loud things when they are loud themselves. They don’t like dogs to «woof». Too loud they say! I’m like, but y’all are TOO LOUD!
So, for $ 85 we got a 2 month old kitty named King. He’s all white with some orange. The $ 85 includes getting spayed/​neutered, vaccines, microchipped, and free exam at a Vet.
So far so good. King is a cool cat.
