House Exam Inspection and Consulting

Loved how thorough Victor was and the detailed report he provided allowed us to better know the condition and needs of the property we were purchasing. Will recommend him to everyone who wants an incredible home inspection.

Adam saved the Day! Thank you Adam for giving me one heck of an EXAM. You gave me information that the normal eye would not have detected. Home sellers are very good at covering up flaws. The pool looked great with the cascading water fall until Adam shut the thing down let the water settle and BAM cracks, rust and unlevel as the water settled back towards the House back door. Raddiant barrier was on the MLS well Adam crawed his but up thier and to find out it was half done and some crappy after market so called RB! I could go on and on. Again Thanks as we backed out of a MONEY PIT!

Victor Sedinger recently performed the inspection for my new home purchase. He was extremely thorough and spent four hours looking the house over roof to subfloor. It is a pier and beam, so he crawled the entire underside of the house as well. To say he found a few items is WAY understating. His report laid out every square inch of the home in detail, with every deficiency listed with Pictures. As a result of Victor and House Exam, the Roof was replace, Trees Trimmed, HVAC replaced, mold and wood rot remediated and multiple plumbing issues addressed. His work has saved me thousands of dollars and given me piece of mind by significantly reducing the likelihood of unpleasant «Surprises» after the deal was done. I was treated with courtesy, respect and every interaction with Victor and his scheduler (I think his wife) was friendly and professional. I had him come out twice after the initial inspection to evaluate the work performed by seller’s contractor and one of those resulted in additional deficiencies that were subsequently corrected by the seller. House Exam comes with my highest recommendation.

I called this company for an energy audit and was HIGHLY disappointed. They charged $ 200.00 for a report that was as non-​personalized as it gets. They didn’t use a blower to provide any «real» information as other companies in this category do for less than $ 200.00. Adam didn’t know what he was doing. I complained several times but my emails were never even answered. They took their money and ran. Definately don’t use this company for anything!!!
