Nice and New and Clean. Big, Clean, Comfortable Room. Great Bed. And the window in my room opened wide, unlike 99% of other hotels. Free Breakfast is nice. The staff was nice.

Used to be my favorite Hampton until they stopped serving the cold one on happy hour. Boo. that’s what distinguish you guys from the rest. Still ok though compared to the other Hampton. More improvement on local establishment can help though. There are not many things to eat around here.

I stayed there last night. Immediately had problems at 9:30pm with noise from a 4-year-old that they allowed to stay in the room next to me, even though the toddler was crying and whining in the lobby during registration. Called the manager and this didn’t solve the issue. I had to move rooms. He didn’t seem to care. What should have happened is that the rude family that checked in after hours should have been moved to part of the hotel away from everyone else. Argggg!!! Next morning, more noise from an airplane arriving at 6:30pm. Stay away from this place.

As far as Hampton Inn’s go this is one of the newer/nicer ones. I would suggest trying to get a room that is not on the Alliance airport side of the building as occasionally there are cargo flights that take off/land in the middle of the night. The staff here was extremely friendly and one employee went way out of his way(wish I could remember his name) to look up Ft. Worth restaurants and things to do while I was in town over the weekend(I was on a 2 week work trip). With his printed list in hand my gf and I wen to check out Flying Saucer restaurant and the Cowtown Coliseum(we enjoyed both). Breakfast is so-so, but that’s not the hotels fault… that’s a Hilton issue. Managers happy hour during the week is an added bonus.

Good value for the price. I stayed here to attend a funeral-they gave us a special group rate of $ 79 per night. Not your ultra swanky hotel just a nice clean, midrange hotel. A smaller to medium sized hotel, really clean(cleanliness always scores high marks with me), nice décor, and a helpful and wonderful staff. Really comfortable beds, free WIFi, toiletries in the bathroom. Has a pool and a fitness room good enough to get a good workout in. Cookies at the front desk-nice ! Free breakfast included-fruit, toast, muffins, eggs, sausage, cereals and various juices. Standard, but nothing over the top. Only downside is that there is only one waffle iron which creates a little waiting line. Would certainly stay here again.

I’ve stayed here for eight months so.,.Meh, decent breakfast seven days a week from 6 – 10 with eggs, meat, make your own waffle, cereal, fruit, etc, standard fare. Tuesday evenings has wine, beer, and food brought in from somewhere, not bad but nothing any other night. Better off staying at the Marriott next door as they have same breakfast but a meal Mon-Thursday. Internet is horribly slow, used to be able to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc until they switched to AT&T, now it’s good for email and that’s about it(even on Hilton Honors speed). Rooms are decent, many refrigerators in the suites are loud when the motor shuts off and the doors seem to be on backwards(open away from wall so it is just awkward). Pretty quiet though considering location next to airport and interstate, never been kept up at night by either. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful, they are a great asset if you have any questions about the area or anything. One washer and dryer in hotel, $ 1 to wash, free to dry. If it wasn’t for Hilton points, I’d for sure be next door at Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn is opening next to Marriott in September 2011.

Average experience at this hotel a few weeks ago. The continental breakfast had some fruit that was very under ripe. The wifi connection on the 5th floor was very slow, slow enough that I could not upload a couple of pictures while we were there.

I’ve stayed at this chain for years from New Jersey to Costa Rica and have rarely been disappointed – even before it became a Hilton brand. It offers value, high maintenance standards, and something the airlines might like to describe as «premium economy». Case in point: This $ 99 room had these things not available in the $ 280 Marriott room in Detroit: 1. Complimentary dinner served from 5 – 7PM: on tap tonight: chopped BBQ beef on buns with salad, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and even an OK Rose wine). Fresh Chocolate chip cookies offered at the front desk are also a very nice check-in welcome. 2. Complimentary Breakfast buffet which does not mean bread/cereal and coffee. It includes a protein(eggs or sausage) and a very complete selection of breakfast foods. 3. Microwave 4. Extra Large Fridge 5. A recliner lounge chair!(OK so it looks like it was an estate-sourced chair; it just that I’ve never seen one like it at many many hotels.) 6. Free Wireless good-speed Internet(11 MBps). Downside? The AC that is placed beneath the lone window which blows over/on the bed and on your back is you sit at the desk. And the Chair is an old-fashioned static desk chair that sits a bit low for the business traveler. I can always count on this chain to provide me a great stay and the best value of all the hotel chains I’ve stayed at.
