Terrible customer service! First to say, really nice when the flowers were ordered. Ordered over a week before Valentine’s Day and promised they would be ordered between 12 – 2. Called on Valentine’s Day around 4 because the flowers hadn’t shown up. They said there was nothing they could do. If they don’t show up the flowers could be picked up the next day. They were a SUPRISE for Valentine’s Day and pretty disappointing they never showed. They were delivered the next business day randomly and when I called to see what they could do they said absolutely nothing! No refund of delivery fee, anything. Rude attitude on the phone, didn’t even apologize for them being late! Seriously how can you not deliver flowers 3 minutes down the road. We will NEVER use this place again!

I needed a simple bouquet for a 5 year old ‘s dance recital and being from out of town relied on a search for florists near my hotel. Placing the order over the phone took 10 minutes, the girl accidentally disconnected me and when I arrived the order was not correct. When fixed(although not with the flowers I requested) the prove went up $ 10. No apology or effort to make things right. Avoid these unfriendly and incompetent people!

The flowers were great, fiancée loved them. One major issue though: the driver couldn’t find the office, so you know what he did? He called her PERSONALCELLPHONE to ask for directions to the office. If you want your surprise ruined, call these guys.

I wish I would have read Patrick’s review before ordering from Gordon Boswell. I ordered flowers to be delivered on February 13 ahead of the rush of Valentine’s Day. I called on February 14 at 8:00 am and asked why they hadn’t yet been delivered and was told they would look into it and call me back. At 3:30 pm when I still hadn’t heard back I called again only to be told that the flowers were on a truck for delivery, as if that was ok with me, and that they were offering stuffed animals as compensation. As of 4:34 pm February 14, the flowers STILL have not been delivered. I will NEVER again use Gordon Boswell. What a lousy way to treat customers.
