Car stuck in water during flash floods this weekend. I was told they would be there in 15 minutes by dispatch, then driver called after another 15 min to say it would be another 30. By that time I had a friend come help me push it out into dry land. Still got charged $ 125. No sense of urgency while waters leaking into my car, thanks for nothing
