the gentleman quoted me the price to fix /​replace my broken i phone face. it was fixed in 45 minutes. it was an extra $ 5.00 for a screen protector. are you kidding me. wow

Useless. First, the employee’s accent was so thick, I could barely understand him. Second, when he found out my problem, he simply through up his hands and said I was out of luck without offering any alternatives. Not recommended.

I showed up about 20 min before close and I insisted that I could just wait until the following day if it was an inconvenience, but they insisted that they could get it done before 7pm.
I went home, and came back and it was all done.
Super stoked to have my phone back in good condition, and they were very very helpful.
Beats the hell out of paying full price for a new phone at the Apple store.

I accidentally cracked the screen of my iPhone 5 — only about 20 minutes for a quality repair — looks like new — great job and customer service.

Wish zero stars was an option. Had a cracked phone, they repaired the screen, and it looked OK. The next day, I picked up the phone, and the screen FELL OUT. Literally, with no jarring force — it just fell out. Of course the super-​thin glass cracked when it fell.
I took it back, walked in, thinking I’d receive an apology for the poor repair and inconvenience. Instead, they said they wouldn’t re-​do it because the SCREEN HAD CRACKED!
STAY AWAY!!!

Fixed my Motorola Atrix without breaking the LCD. I would call ahead to find out if they have the parts to your phone. I bought my parts off Ebay and they installed. (Ebay seller sent wrong tools) Repair took awhile, longer than 30min but I didnt mind. (Had lunch next door at Naam Khao Thai Restaurant — Very good by the way.) Im glad they took the time to be careful. This is the only shop I know of in Houston. Thanks!

Great experience and AWESOME cutomer service! Took my Iphone 3G in for a battery replacement, and to ask a couple of technical questions… the technician was professional, helpful and even saved me a few $$‘s on a case for the phone… I will definatley return should the need arise!
