Fossil Creek Tree Farm

In over 8 years, I have purchased quite a few plants, shrubs, and trees from Fossil Creek Tree Farm. Also, I have referred many neighbors and friends.
Unfortunately, my last two trips have been uncomfortable. The last two times, I have visited the business regarding questions about discoloration of shrubs and trees in my yard.
I’m not sure if they assumed that I was trying to return a tree or shrub, but there body language and countenance demonstrated frustration and low tolerance. I have left the last two visits with a purchase of a product to help correct my issue.
Here’s the thing: Please appropriately greet EVERYONE with a willingness to serve. I’ve witnessed your growth and am very happy for your regional success. I trust your expertise (enough to recommend you); despite your social awkwardness. I am not the one to make prejudice claims about people/​businesses unless they give me factual evidence to do so, but will grant benefit of the doubt.
Therefore, PLEASE be more approachable and socially/​relationally aware. You are the experts being paid for your knowledge and service.

I recently had a wonderful experience after I was a needy and somewhat difficult customer. Anyhow very happy with my wax leaf ligustrum purchase and delivery not to mention very reasonable competitive prices.
Jessica was a true jewel during the process and went above and beyond. The delivery guy and sales guy were also awesome.

Amazing small business! I just bought 2 trees from Fossil Creek Tree Farm. They delivered and installed them both. Pricing was great. Service was way above expectations. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Josh and Terra who helped though the entire process. Josh even came out to the house to make a recommendation on tree types and placement.

Great variety. Plants, trees, knick knaks, firewood and so much more. Plus, Georgia, the cutest pig!
