Very knowledgeable with a great selection and even better prices. They help my wife and I drain our front doors and helped us find the best dots and hardware for our budget.

I can’t speak as to how this company services it’s industrial customers, but they must have a disdain for individual consumers. I live in an apartment and decided to replace my bedroom door that my dog damaged rather than pay the landlord an exorbitant amount of money to do it. Because the cuts were unusual and I lack the tools to do it properly, this company was recommended by an employee of a home improvement chain. The door itself is fine(which is why it gets a 2 instead of a 1). It is the level of service I experienced that leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. The door was ordered on a Friday and promised the next Friday. I called around noon on the day it was promised to check on the progress and was told that it wasn’t quite ready and that they would call when it was. I was also told that because it was late in the day, delivery would not be until Monday(which I was ok with). When I called on Monday to check on the progress, the person asked for my number and said he would call me back. He called a little over an hour later and informed me that it had been delivered on Friday. He asked«was it trim?», which tells me that in the hour between calls he had put me on the backburner. I told him that it was a door and it most certainly was not delivered. He called back an hour later and told me that the delivery guy left it with the maintenance office on FRIDAY instead of delivering it directly to me as instructed. No one bothered to call me and tell me that not only was the door finished but it was also being delivered. Because they are not open on weekends, I was left with the impression that it was going to be delivered Monday. Instead of being able to hang my new door over the weekend, I had to do it when I got home from work on Monday night. Had the phone call been made ASPROMISED, I would’ve known my door was delivered, albeit to the wrong place. The man on the phone was less than apologetic. When I brought up the possibility that because their delivery guy was too lazy to do as the customer requested and did what he wanted to do, the apartment complex could’ve hung the door in another apartment, the man on the phone said«We’ll cross that bridge when we get there.» I can assure you that when I need this type of service in the future, I will cross a different bridge.
