This location of Fiesta is a pretty good size.
It’s always fairly clean and they have a large staff.
They have plenty of produce and they offer very good prices. I do avoid buying produce there because sometimes the produce is frozen and that really freaks me out.
Also, they have SCOOP YOUR OWN SHRIMP and, and, wait for it… A SUSHI BAR! (If you don’t mind your shrimp touched my a thousand people) I personally would rather to just get it over with and take a shot of pure salmonella, but that’s just me.
There is plenty of parking and there is always something crazy going on in the parking lot.
As an added bonus, there is an Elote cart outside with yummy snacks (it’s independent from Fiesta)
