Enchanted Florist

I am glad that they only take on one wedding per weekend!!! Sounds like you just didnt get your way and you’re a little butt hurt about it. This is my absolute favorite florist! The work is amazing and they bend over backwards to make your wedding exactly what you want. When my kiddos get married this is the only florist we will use!!!
It’s funny that Miss disenchanted got all of her info about a shop in five minutes… maybe they had another wedding that they were producing?
Isn’t that more important that you needing a quote right now? You should have made an appointment.
I just hate when people post this kind of stuff when they have no clue about the situation.

This place is absolutely amazing! I adore the arrangements I get from here! The flowers are always fresh and stay gorgeous for a long time! They do incredible events as well! I just can’t say enough about how much i love them!

Walked into the Enchanted floral shop on Saturday with my fiancé and walked out feeling disenchanted.
We were down the street having a cake tasting at The Bluebonnet Bakery, where we were treated with excellent service. They referred us to the Enchanted flower shop. Since we were already in the area we decided to stop by. The lady at the front made us feel so much like we didn’t belong in there. She said she had an appointment in about 5 minutes, but the entire time we were there no one came in. She wasted so much time asking when we could come back and I explained I work in Irving and my fiancé works in Arlington and that it is difficult for us to come during the week. She didn’t give us anything to work with. I felt like we were at a roadblock.
Rather than waste time trying to find another time to come in, why couldn’t she have just asked us some simple questions and say I’ll put some estimates together and email you this week? Seems logical to me.
No problem, I am able to discern exactly what is going on here. She said they do one wedding every weekend. I get the feeling if we were a wedding planner she would have treated us differently knowing she would guarantee a certain budget. But she never asked us our budget.
We walked out of the Disenchanted Floral shop and went right across the street to Flowers on the Square, where the owner treated us so kind — with true Fort Worth hospitality.
Needless to say I would not recommend the Enchanted Florist.

Called to send a funeral arrangement. They said I could possibly have the leftovers. Too busy to help and not very cordial. Very surprising for Ft. Worth. The parties were more important. Too bad the death could not be scheduled for their convenience.

Enchanted Florist is the best!!! I ordered various arrangements for my son’s spring wedding and rehearsal dinner and each one was even more beautiful than I had anticipated… and I LOVE flowers and had high expectations. All the decisions were made with Terri (owner) and Sami by email/​phone from California which is a little scary for such a big day. They were a pleasure to work with, their word is gold and their arrangements are gorgeous and truly unique to your specific needs.
