Right when I came in the door I knew that it was going to be a great place. First of all they were very helpful and understanding when we checked in. Second of all the place was super clean (I felt as if I were in a five star hotel.) When they called us in for the check up, they were very nice and told us the instructions very clearly and if we didn’t understand, they would nicely tell us again. I also loved how they would start a conversation with you to make you more comfortable. There were many selections of glasses and I loved it but my only concern was the the glasses were very expensive. Especially the ones that I wanted to get, there were about $ 382 and that’s way too expensive for my bill. Other than that I love Eagle Mountain family eye care and I would totally go again!

I have been taking care of by Eagle Mountain Family Eye Care professionals for nearly 3 years now. They’ve always exceeded my expectations. The eye doctors and staff of professionals provide exceptional care.
I live in Keller, TX and could’ve easily sought eye care professionals in my neighborhood (instead of going to Lake Worth, TX). But, this place treats everyone with utmost care and they’ve won my trust.
My optometrist was Dr. Vu Tran and he was very good. Explained any questions I may have in a detail format that was understandable.
The facility is clean, organized and have the latest technological advances in eye care equipment. If you’re looking for eye care, give them an opportunity to earn your trust.

My husband and I have been patients of the doctors at EMFEC for 10+ years, since we moved to NW Tarrant County. We’ve experienced the changes that the practice has gone through, some good and some not so much. Currently my «main» doctor is Kendra DeBerry and she is great. At my most recent visit I had a very good experience with her assistant too. The optical staff is also very pleasant and accommodating. The front desk staff is not quite as welcoming as I would expect which is why I only awarded the practice four stars instead of five.

So happy that my insurance directed me to this place. They were absolutely awesome and fantastic! They take scans of your eyes and you can choose to pay a small fee so that you don’t have to have your eyes dilated. They just look at the scans!
The staff was super nice and super busy. It didn’t take an hour to be seen. And the doctor didn’t rush in and rush out. She was lovely and explained everything and listen to my past history!
