Dry Clean Super Center

I have gotten my clothes dry cleaned here too many times times to count over the years. My clothes look very clean and nice when I pick them up.
The prices are very reasonable and I canNOT tell a difference between the very expensive dry cleaners and this one. (I have tried numerous high-​priced dry cleaners in the area before discovering this one.) I do not want to pay more for dry cleaning that looks just as good paying less. I think I made the switch to this dry cleaners about
8 – 10 years ago and am extremely happy with the service they provide.
I highly recommend this dry cleaners.

I have been bringing my husband’s shirts to many cleaners but the buttons always broke after a while. I hate sewing and have complained to the various cleaners without success. Then I found Dry Clean Super Center and when I found broken buttons and complained about it, they told me to bring them back and they would fix them without charge. One shirt had lavender buttons and I understand it must be impossible to find matching buttons. To my great surprise the friendly lady changed ALL of the buttons instead of just one and did not charge a penny! I am so happy I never have to sew buttons again and I recommend them highly!

The worst dry cleaning place I have ever been to. I check my shirts before every time I drop them off at a dry cleaner. When I was putting on a shirt two weeks later, I noticed several large stains on two of my shirts. I went back to the dry cleaners to complain about the issue. The manager said that the stains were previously on the shirt before cleaning. That makes no sense because
1) I check every time when I send my shirts in for dry cleaning for stains so I know what’s on my shirts beforehand.
2) The manager recalling a specific shirt that had a specific stain that had cleaned two weeks prior was highly doubtful. I doubt that the manager was the one cleaning the shirt.
I asked him if there was anything he could do and he said that he could try to clean the shirt, but I would have to pay for the service. Why would I have to pay for the store’s mistakes? I said that the offer was no good. He said that he couldn’t do anything about it.
The manager was very rude during the talk I had with him. I am never going back to this place for dry cleaning. If you haven’t been there yet, keep your distance from them.
