They did not handle my clothing with care. I took a sweater in to be dry cleaned with hopes of preserving the life of the garment. I took it in with no obvious appearance of wear to the sweater. I pick it up and it has TONS of pilling along the bottom of the garment. It was obvious it was not handled with care. I’m not sure what happened to it, but I was very disappointed in the final product. It’s a shame because the front desk person was very nice, friendly, and personable. It’s unfortunate that I will not be returning in the future.

I’m 60 yrs old, have been in restaurant mgmt. all over the country – NY, CO, LA, etc. – so have used a great many dry cleaners in my time. Dry Clean Super Center, on Boat Club Road(NW Ft. Worth), is by far the best I’ve encountered. To begin, the product they offer is superb. Meaning, their cleaning, pressing, pricing and timeliness are all as advertised. Plus, their repairs have been beyond the pale. Example: I’d had a small, but noticeable, tear in one of my work suit coats for years. I finally, hesitantly, decided to have them look at it. I’ve had such work done before. My experience has been that good work can cost a small fortune, mediocre work still isn’t cheap. So, when presented with the bill on the promised day of return, already expecting the latter sort of effort, i wasn’t thrilled with the pricing – until I looked at the coat. Amazing. Their repair person must be a wizard; I’ve hunted up and down both sleeves on several occasions and still can’t find the repair. Can’t say enough about the ownership and staff, as well. Water runs downhill in every biz.(Like they say, you can tell what people are like by their children and their pets.) I knew the ownership had to be sharp and cool by the ½ dozen employees I first met, a smart, funny, gregarious, yet professional crew. Naturally, when I finally met her, she proved me right. Finally, let me add: if you haven’t figured out it’s worth traveling that extra mile to have your best clothing, afghans, etc., all handled here, you haven’t paid attention.

I moved to town Labor day weekend. Love Fort worth and surrounding area. Ive been take shirts to a cleaner for more than 10 years. I did not have a place here. I was unsure where to go. Found this place right a round the corner from our house stopped in at 7:30am the place was busy. I was surprised when the person taking my shirts said they would be done by 5pm. The she told me the price. I was kind of bummed I had not brought a few more in. You can leave a card on file or prepay when you drop off. They have a drive through if you don’t want to get out of your care. My shirts came back to me that afternoon and were fresh and clean, pressed and ready for me to wear. If you live out near Eagle Mtn Lake. This should be your«go to» place for dry cleaning and shirts.

Consistent, good and least price for the value. I recently moved to this area and since I send my cloths to be cleaned weekly I thought i would test the three — four local cleaners to see who provided the best value. The test was for 5 dress shirts and one pair of slacks at each cleaners Dry Clean Super Center won hands down. The cloths were perfectly pressed and cleaned at the best price.
