Domino’s Pizza

Tried to order a pizza for my wife at work and the guy that was taking the order was super rude, he told me that I couldn’t order because I didn’t work there and that they needed me to be there to sign and I told him that my wife was on my account that she could sign for it and he said no. I will never order from this place again. super super rude!!!

This store use to give the worse service but they seemed to gotten better after the remodel.

Pizza is finished quickly with no waiting in line to check out at store. Everything is fresh and hot. Not a problem here and have been a customer for three years now.

My family has been visiting this particular dominos for YEARS. When I say years, I’m talking 6 or 7 years. The service and overall experience rating has declined more and more, especially lately. The pizza itself is standard; that hasn’t changed. (Except for when they did the huge re-​do of their pizzas a few years ago). I’m not expecting immaculate service from a chain like Dominos, because well… it’s Dominos. That would be wishful thinking. But Dominos, can you at least ramp up your service a little? I mean seriously. When ordering a single cheese pizza, and then going to the store itself to pick it up, I really don’t think standing inside Dominos WAITING FOR ONE PIZZA for 30 minutes is reasonable. We started to drive to Dominos a good 15 minutes after we had called to order the pizza, and for as long as we’ve been visiting on a weekly basis, that’s the wait time. I could see that they had upwards of 15 employees JUST MAKING PIZZAS ALONE. so how long could it really take? On top of all of this, they did not offer much for the insanely long wait time. E.g. a free pizza, beverage, or side.
We’ll probably go to a different pizza place from now on that doesn’t require you to wait so long.

We order from this Dominoes maybe once a month or so. We always get fresh, hot pizza and at least adequate service. I mean, it’s Dominoes, as long as you have reasonable expectations this location should meet or exceed them. Tip: Delivery times can be pretty variable, so I recommend just picking up your pizza.

Ordered my pizza online and called in an hour later wondering what happened to my pizza and they claim they never got it! I was mad and ended up driving to the walmart close to me and buying frozen pizza!
