CiCi’s Pizza

What happened to this place? They don’t have trays anymore. They removed the booths. The napkins are no longer on table tops. The beverage machine is barely operational and the sodas are over carbonated. The salad bar is completely different and the pizza is not as good as it once was. Our entire experience was terrible. We miss the old ways. Plus its so expensive to eat there now for a family of 3.

C’mon. Its CiCi’s pizza. It is what it is. Cheap pizza. And man do I love it. Their bbq pizza is something else. They have recently lowered their prices which is always a plus. And you know what I love most, the service. They are always so nice and welcoming. Two thumbs up in my book

This place used to be five stars easily when that superstar manager was running the ship, but now quality and service has slipped.
I wouldn’t say it sucks (although it did for a little bit) but rather just mediocre. Mediocre is fine I guess since it is CiCi’s as most people would say. You’ll get your food and pizza and it’s fine. You eat and it’s okay. And when you leave, they might or might not say bye and thank you.

Wow this cici has improved so much you should try it now. Fresh pizza great pasta nice soup manager is new and her attitude shows in everything they do

Quyen, the manager, makes this place. It’s so easy and affordable with four kids. No one expects them to be seen and not heard, they bring our cheese pizza right to us, and the cinnamon rolls are outstanding.

We love this Cici’s! We have been to others and did not like them. Management is really friendly!

Celebrated my grandma’s birthday here yesterday with the entire family. These are the types of occasions when you should go to CiCi’s. Not the best pizza but it’s cheap and good enough. Get the buffet and you can eat all day. We had 4 kids with us and had a great time. You can kind of let them run around and you don’t have to be «on guard» the entire night out.
Quinn was the manager and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks, Quinn!

Ok, normally if someone suggested let’s go to a Ci-Ci’s I would make a face and say ewww. But one night I was shopping next door with my little ones, and it was too late to make dinner so we went there. I was impressed by the new tables/​chairs and booths in there. The staff at the front were very efficient and moved the dinner line along quickly.
I was surprised to see a clean and fresh salad bar, though mini, but sufficient. The pizza and soup part were also clean and well stocked. Having formally worked in retail/​restaurant field training, I always notice how the staff works and how well a restaurant is run while I am dining. I noticed that their manager was right in there with them making pizzas, bussing tables, greeting customers and overall being what a good manager should be. It’s not everyday you see that and I wanted to give him props. :)
All in all I would recommend this Ci-Ci’s to anyone looking for an inexpensive easy meal, especially with children. But remember, everything in moderation :)
