BUYERSBEWARE! I have never dealt with a person filled with so many excuses and lies in my life. I agree 100% with all of the other negative reviews. My fiancé worked with Tamara initially, receiving the proofs in a timely manner. She was happy with what Tamara came up with; it was exactly what she wanted. Tamara promised a shipment about one week after payment, and that is where it all went downhill. First our package was shipped late, then our post office never notified us of deliver so it was sent back. Next Tamara promised she would send it back overnight, and then it got lost in the mail. In the mean time I tried to get a tracking number from her but I could either never reach her or she had an excuse as to why she couldn’t send it to me. With no tracking number I never received proof that these ever shipped; it is hard for me to believe the USPS screwed up that bad. Finally I just decided to cancel order, but Tamara claimed she was almost finished remaking them and was going to send them out overnight. So as gullible as I am I agreed but gave her a firm deadline. Of course they never came and no tracking number was provided, therefore I asked for a refund, over 5 weeks after the order was placed. After a few emails she claimed she processed the refund and that she emailed my fiancé, both of which never happened. Of course PayPal does not cover custom made items, so basically we are without save the dates and our money. My fiancé and I are very upset because we waited too long and can no longer send out save the dates. Now we can’t even use the money from our ‘save the dates’ for our invitations.

Update: Tamara has sent us a cease and desist letter basically telling us she would be suing us for defamation of her character on ; so I will in turn make this review more factual. This review is honest and everything in happened as is. Unfortunately, This woman’s business practices to good wedding card business ranked way below par what we expected. She was nice at the beginning and gladly accepted payment of our money, but that is when the nightmare situations started. We went back and forth with her about 2 weeks trying to customize the invitations with constant spelling errors, punctuation, and grammar mistakes. Honestly, It made us think and question«Do you read?! Are you even proofreading these?» I honestly do not believe she was paying attention to the proofs she was sending us since they came coming back with continual errors. Apparently not. The frequency of our conversations were very sparse after that. She then went MIA; and when it came time to finally send; we didn’t hear back. We then got a response from a shipping manager(sent from same email address); went as far as to keep egging on the situation after we explained to her what kind of time crunch we were on. She also then sent an email telling my Fiancée that she was«abusive», when all we wanted was the invitations for our wedding that we already paid her for! Good job Tamara, you made my fiancée cry a bunch of times. Mission accomplished. From there it was weeks, she claimed to send the package to us with a stagnant trackng number that never got picked up, and a second package with a tracking number(which came delivered to another state altogether). I just don’t understand the point of it all. If you dont want to run a legitimate business why put people through such things at such a happy and crucial point in their lives. In general, these exhibited atrocious business tactics. Eventually, we had to cancel the order with our credit card company to get our refund.

I would like to write an update since things have actually gotten worse with this company. So my fiancé and I ordered our save the dates mid-December and were told they should arrive between dec 20 – 24. We never got them so we had emailed, called over and over again and Tamara finally responded when we sent an email saying we were going to file a claim on etsy for a refund. She emailed us back Feb 1st after us trying to reach her for a month and a half! Of course, she did not resolve the problem. She said there was no one there to sign for our package– but we have a 24 hour doorman so that’s impossible. Of course she had nothing to say to that. Finally, and this is the funniest part– she threatened to take legal action if I didn’t remove my Unilocal review within 5 days! I told her to have her«lawyer» call me. Tamara said that the lawyer left a message for my fiancé and of course– no message and I never got a call. I’m not sure how this woman thinks she can run a business with the constant lies she tells. Lesson learned– go to a real company if you want your save the dates or invitations done!

As the other reviews state, DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHISCOMPANY! I ordered my Save the Dates from Tamara on 12⁄28 and have yet to receive anything. She has a story and excuse for everything and although extremely helpful in the begining she is now not responding to anything. I was promised these by Jan 4th. Seeing as how Save the Dates are time sensitive to a wedding date I cannot believe a woman would let something like this happen to another woman. I have been forced to open a claim with paypal to get refund, since it doesnt appear I will ever get to see a finished product. So much for getting them sent out in time for my wedding :(

I had a horrible experience with Tamara at Chandelier Paper INK. Not only did she give the wrong tracking number, twice. But, when I finally did get my order, it was all wrong! Ribbon color, stamp color, envelope color, all wrong. The envelopes had huge water marks on them. Well, she informed me that all high quality envelopes have water marks on them, & if I wanted a cheaper envelope, she could do that for me. Then, I noticed the order was about 20 cards short. She informed me that her staff & her counted them & she is sure there are 110. All of this was workable, just as long as she sent me the remainder of my order. But, that is when I noticed that my fiancé’s name wasn’t on the return address. When I informed her of this, she implied it was my fault because I did not add his name to my shipping address. Every time I told her of a mistake, she didn’t apologize, but came back with a reason why it was not a mistake. Tamara then told me she would stay up all night & redo the entire order so she could ship it out to me the following morning. I asked her to please not do that, but she insisted. But, she didn’t ship my order the following morning. She didn’t ship it for four more days. Which would have been fine, had she not insisted to ship it the next morning. It was only after not hearing back from her all day that she finally sent a message with the tracking number. She also said that she would sue me & my Father for $ 100,000+ if I did not change my review to positive & drop my claim with Etsy by midnight. She also said my little stunt cost her over $ 3000. My order only cost $ 180. And I really can’t understand why this person thinks it’s a «stunt» to demand that she do the order as it was ordered. I would think twice about using this vendor for your wedding stationary. There are many reasons. But mainly the extreme lack of professionalism & common courtesy to a bride-to-be/customer.
