This place is a joke.
I asked the lady to be sure she got out all the food in my clothes, that had only been there for about 8 hours, and her response was «I don’t have enough time.»
I asked her if she could just scrub it for a second or bleach it and she said «Its too late in the day (it was 8:40) for me to do that and get it to you before 4. Ill just throw it in the wash and maybe it will come out.»
I stopped taking her seriously at this point because I had been there three times prior and each time the shirt came back dirty and with embedded stains that could have come out if they put a little hard work in into it.
The lady just gave me a bad attitude of a 16 year old fatherless schoolgirl brat when I told her, «well then Im going to go somewhere else, because you obviously don’t care.»
Don’t take your clothes to this place. they don’t believe in working hard or customer service.
also, the second time I got a shirt dry cleaned and they hadnt washed it properly resulting in a stain I called and asked the guy if He was going to buy me a new shirt, to which his response was an emphatic «of course not!»

Great customer service! I brought in 5 items and both my husband and I loved how they turned out. The reason I chose this place rather than going anywhere else is because I remember seeing this place as a child and I know this place has been here for years. I love reading reviews but I hate writing them so for me to write this shows how much I loved this place. It’s great to have a cleaners like this in south Fort Worth because we don’t really have many other options either. Just wish they had more parking.
