Completely messed up my order and when I explained I ordered something else the lady unapologetically said that is what was on the ticket so that’s what she put in the bag. Maybe if the girl at the window spoke a lick of English she could’ve gotten our order right. Don’t go here

Disappointed. I actually got sucked in by the #AngriestWhopper ad. I asked for it without mayo, but I guess that was too complicated. They did remake it and the cashier claimed I didn’t say anything about mayo, but they remade it anyway. I didn’t have a body-​cam on, so I wasn’t able to argue my point, but if I always have to get my sandwich remade, then «having it your way» is more trouble than it’s worth. It was good once I got a mayo-​less version, that’s why I did two stars instead of one.

Haven’t been to the BK in a while. Ate lunch here twice this week and it’s just like you expect. Service was good food was hot and was what I was hungry for. so if you’re craving a Whopper w/​cheese.

The food was awesome & friendly staff. However I worry about their management, when I went there today I drove around through the drive-​through and all the doors were open with smoke piling out of the building they had the employees still working and they were pretty much hacking their brains out. I do not feel like that was very wise of the management, I feel like they honestly were tormenting their employees just so they can make a buck.

We have visited this location 3 times, and each time we hoped that eventually there would be improvement. On that note, we couldn’t have been further from a realistic expectation. The staff is as clueless and the word can define. Each visit (we are BK fans), subsequently resulted in mis-​orders, confusion, and an abundance of mediocre efforts. Our last visit was our final, since management seems to have been schooled in the leadership courses provided by beavis and butthead. I hope this HONEST evaluation of this location helps others avoid disappointment.
