Brookshire’s Food Stores

I work right next door an continually try this store every once in a while in hopes they will figure out they employ some of the most rude cashiers ive ever encountered. But they haven’t an im finished with it. From what I have witnessed an things ive heard from our clients if you LOOK conservative and/​or your a little older you are good to go here… if you appear anything at all outside of that well you get curt rude service… not even a smile… or my favorite just continue a convo to the bagger as if you are not even there. The absolute worst of the bunch is the older female checker– I have watched her smile an laugh. joke with a elderly customer in front of me just to have that vanish off her face the second their backs are turned an she had to deal with me. Amazing. I will gladly repay that «kindness» if they ever frequent my store.

This is a small store but they have all your name brands. Yes the price is higher than Walmart but who’s isn’t. The employees are friendly and they have more than two registers open when they need it. Walmart doesn’t do that. This store is great for running into after work if you are in a hurry. The parking lot is easy in and out and no carts all over. I love the produce here. The quality is usually very good. This is also the only pharmacy I use inside this store.

Nice little supermarket but very small selection and a bit expensive compared to Walmart or even Albertsons.
