Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Stores

I don’t even want to rate this at a 1… HORRIBLE customer service from what appeared to be the manager on duty. (Lots of gold eye shadow) it was 8am… how does someone already have a bad day? Slamming my food down on the counter isn’t how I expected to be treated and the food wasn’t even warm. I am an avid Brauns fan and always have been till I came to this location. I would consider a talk with the woman in gold eye shadow! Hopefully her day got better…

I really love this Braum’s because it’s always very clean inside, the food tastes fresh (had a burger combo meal and a hot fudge Sunday) and the staff are friendly.

I ordered a double dip cone of chocolate chip cookie dough, and I kept getting hints of mint chocolate chip while eating the cone. I can’t STAND mint flavor, so it was quite disgusting. Once I caught a hint of peanut butter as well as mint I just threw the whole cone out. I most definitely will not be returning to this location, even when I’m making my regular Fiesta (which is right across the street) trips to get the flavors of ramen noodles that the «regular» stores don’t carry!

I like this store for the ice cream and sundaes. It also has a moderately priced mini grocery store that is cheaper than you might think. This is a big plus since milk, bread, meat, eggs, fruits and junk/​health food snacks are all here and they do have items competitively priced with grocery stores. Often they have reduced priced sales too.
I stay away from their hamburgers since the meat is scary with bone fragments and a weird texture. There French fries are unappealing in that they look and taste just like the one out of the freezer isle at the grocery store. This is something that Braum’s corporate offices need to change or lose out in sales. There Chicken burgers are ok though.
Wonderful employees and management are at this location.
The store is clean and it is nice to eat inside.
