Big Lots

This is an older location, so it’s not very nice on the inside. I don’t come here often, but they do have good deals on household products. My grandma wanted a vanity from here. I didn’t get it that day, but I came back for it for her birthday. I wanted the white one and it was out of stock of course. The guy that helped me was real nice and called around to to other stores to find me a white one. He found one in Mansfield and they held it for me :).

I was here just a few days ago and I think I’ve found my favorite Big Lots store. We buy alot of our furniture from Big Lots because I love the fact they have layaway. I had been going to the one in Arlington on Green Oaks because of the great customer service I would get but it’s very dirty and it takes awhile to get someone to help. This one here, oh my gosh let me tell you! I was very, very impressed! The store is very clean and well taken care of, no cluttered isles, you can tell the managers care. All the staff were wonderful, even the ones walking by would greet me and asked if I was finding everything okay. The young man in the furniture section was just as great and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions (I wished I’d have gotten his name) Same as with check out, another smile and acknowledgement. Luv it!

I went in this brand new store to be greated by old food. Stuff so old the cardboard colors were turning on the boxes. So my two stars are for the food. The rest of the stuff (non-​food) was typical Big Lots stuff. But you can get fresh food at Aldi right down the road if you like cheap food. Not sure who thought old looking stuff was a good deal.

Typical Big Lots except they need to straighten and stock shelves in areas. A little junkier than other Big Lots.
