I went yesterday to pick up a wedding present or one of my adopted daughters. When I walked in I waited near there Bridal alcove for some help. I needed a copy of the registry. Noah, a very young employee, stared at me while he passed by 4x. Has he started to go by on the 5th, I told him I needed his help. His response, «what?» I asked him to print a copy of the registrar. He gave terrible directions to try to follow him to the printer area, which led me to the back side of the cash register area. Once I was there, he looked at me as if I was stupid, and said you need to go up front. It took, Mr Noah, the aid of another employee to print. When I asked Noah for a particular item on the list, he led me around the store. He could not find the item, even with directions from another store employee. I eventually found item on my own, and he said, «go up front to pay.» This was one of the most rude encounters with an entitled young person I have had outside a college campus classroom. I would be glad to teach this store proper customer service at any time. It was a terrible experience.

This is one of the nicer stores. As in the people who work there are so friendly and obliging. I love shopping here. I can return items I bought here without a receipt and they never give me a hassle. I’m not sure if this is one of the bigger ones, but I always seem to find something I wanna buy. Just gotta wait for those 20% off coupons!!!

TERRIBLE! I bought a Roomba 780($ 599.99), brought it home and it was extremely used! It was not marked down and placed in the regular Roomba section. We were not informed that it was used nor returned. It was so used that the brushes were bent and the canister was full of dirt! Inexcusable…

Went here yesterday to get new bedding. I wasn’t greeted when entering, and that is the only thing that lost them a star. I went with my girlfriend and told her to pick stuff out. They had a very wide selection of sheets ranging from 130 – 800 thread count. They also had some new ones called Sheex, google ‘em, they are bad ass! While she was picking stuff out, I wandered. There is so much cool stuff a techie like me will find interesting. She came rolling around the cornered towards me with a CARTFUL of bedding. 3 sets of sheets, a duvet, comforter, 8 pillows(WTF?), and some towels. «You need this.» …“Yes ma’am.” Yes, I am well trained. We get up to the register line, and a nice lady opened up another lane and pulled me over. She was funny and happy and seemed to enjoy her job. I made the biggest mistake by not bringing a 20% off coupon. I cracked a joke about this and she rang up a 20% of entire order coupon for me! Saved me $ 338. Hell yes. The store was in great condition. Very clean and organized. My only gripe is that I wasn’t greeted. And the fact that I let my girlfriend go on a shopping spree at BB&B.

A-OK, though I would never buy anything here without bringing a couple of the numerous coupons(10%, 20%, $ 5 off) we get each month… Which, from what we’ve learned, the expiration date means little.
