Super friendly!!! Makes it easy for me to get what I need an get out with the customer service they got going on!!! Also always keeping me informed of all current sales as well sales that are coming up. This bath an body works I definitely prefer over the mall bath & body works!!!

Love this location. It seems to be less crowded than other locations, there are always plenty of staff members walking around to assist, and they are so helpful & sweet. They send out lots of coupons in the mail, so sign up for those if you like this place. The savings are usually pretty significant.

GREAT service! I love that I can go over to these shops without having the mall caos! It has everything you can think of, spray, candles, wall outlets, lotion, chap sticks, etc. anything you want scented!

This was our first time visiting the store. We came here looking for a single candle and walked out with 3 candles and some accessories for them and saved $ 13 on our entire total. While in the store we saw a young lady called Amanda handling a disrespectful customer with a large amount of professional care. We talked to her afterwards to encourage her on how impressed we were with her way she handled that obviously rude customer. She was extremely friendly and graceful with us and gave an amazing impression to us of the quality of service this store has to offer. Definitely a great store.

Gloria was very friendly an knowledgable I the product. She let us know about the iPhone App for specials and more.
She showed us other fragrances we would have never known about. Only 30 minutes later I had my Eucalyptus Stress items and was smiling out the door. Great experience here.
