Being relatively new to the area, I didn’t know where to turn when my car started acting up; my boss recommended Ballard’s Service Center. I dropped my car off in the morning and they were able to fix it the same day.
I can’t shout the praises enough for this team of wonderful mechanics!!! Ben, Kevin, and Gary were very kind and patient, even when I was trying to explain the noises my car was making :) They went above and beyond!!!
If you need a mechanic, I highly recommend the team at Ballard’s Service Center!

My car ran out of gas just off the highway. Lucky for me, Ben and the rest of the Ballard team was right there as I got off. Ben the owner immediately grabbed Ben the technician and they took me to get gas. Fantastic customer service, pumped my gas, and saved the day! Thank you so much for everything, gentlemen!!! If I need something else, I will be back!
