Went on Black Friday to shop and was very disappointed. They had very few deals going on and when we got to checkout we where informed that they don’t price match nor do they accept there own coupons on Black Friday??? We purchased a 100 high chair and finally got them to price match the same high chair at Toys R Us for 56.99 on sale. It was one thing to not price match because it’s Black Friday but if you can not accept your own coupons than why even have them. The manager was also rude and left it up to the poor employee to help us try to figure things out.

This location is horrible, went in looking for a car seat for our grandson, specifically asked for one that was able to be rear facing and then convertible to forward and booster. After looking at several the sales clerk assured me that the one I was looking at would do all of these things. After over and hour of TRYING to get the seat to fit probably we were informed it was NOT able to face rear. So back to the store I had to lug that thing. The return itself was no problem however the refund was, several days now and it doesn’t even show pending back to our visa store doesn’t even seem to care. Bank is now having to handle. Buyer be ware

Reviewing a venue like this can tip off certain life events that may or may not be developing. Mrs. B and I currently fall into the«may» bucket, as we currently have good reason to shop for a crib. We ended up buying one here. Their selection was pretty good, and the staff there acts excited to help customers save money in every way the company allows. In-house financing discounts, rewards points use, registry discounts, and others might be available to encourage customer loyalty, and they are there to be used! We have enjoyed shopping there in preparation for the family addition and will continue to do so once the little feet arrive.

Wow! I just had a surprisingly pleasant experience at this store. Historically I’ve left this store frustrated by the lack of customer service and that the majority of the employees are young and don’t have kids of their own and can’t answer any questions. Today, however, I was searching for a convertible car seat. After researching online and price comparing, I called and spoke with a young woman who was sooo knowledgable and she went through the pros/cons of the two I was comparing. She even told me she’s certified in some sort of car seat installation. When I went to the store, John the manager helped me. He went through each with me, and helped me strap my son into them to test them out. He spent a lot of time with me AND even price matched the online price I had printed out(which was $ 70 cheaper than their retail price!). Then, he reassured me that I can return it even after using it if we don’t like it. I’d give this experience 5 stars, except I hate that BRU prices are sooo high! Even with their monthly 20% coupons, their diapers, lotions, formulas and everyday baby items are usually 30% more than Target.

I only see this places’ usefulness for registering for specialty baby items. It can be kind of expensive for your baby shower guests; Amazon or Target are better registry options, IMHO. For daily shopping? No effing way. Go here to get inspired, to get excited. Don’t go here to purchase. The staff are also less-than friendly/helpful. They’ll ask«Can I help you?» «Can you help me find this travel bed? I couldn’t find it over in the section it says it’s in.» «Well if it’s not over there, then we don’t have it.» Huh. «So glad I didn’t interrupt what you were doing.» And Hell yeah, I said that to her face. Not like it did anything but prompt its inclusion here.

The one-star review from 3 years ago is pretty much on-point. The layout is horrible, the prices are non-competitive and more or less shitty, and the staff really couldnt care about you as a customer. My experiences havent been as bad as the previous reviewer, but still… there are other places to buy baby stuff in the area that do it better. I really cant think of a single thing that I could buy for my child here that I couldnt get somewhere else for a better price or without having to deal with the associated headache.

When I went into the store to set up my registry, it was 30 minutes to closing. The Registry Assistant reminded me of this about 5 times and THEN proceeded to set up my registry. 30 minutes to closing ISNOTCLOSED. After I got home, I was unable to locate my registry. I called the next day and the registry counter was«too busy» to take my call. I discovered the woman who set it up misspelled my name and set the wrong password. When I called Customer Service(because the store didn’t call me back in the 20 minutes promised), it was very difficult to explain to the CS woman what I needed done because she wasn’t listening and she was asking inane questions that didn’t pertain to my problem, such as, «What is your incident number». All-in-all is was a horrible experience and I resent having to register there at all.
