I’ve been rehearsing at Avalon for a few years now. It’s the best«jamspace» situation I’ve ever had so there is a reason I’ve been here for so long. The location is prime… a couple minutes from I-30 which is then equally spaced between Dallas and Ft. Worth, great placement for bands. Jim, the owner, isn’t such a bad guy either :) There are lots of cameras and pretty much all of the clientele understand to keep the front doors shut. The place is low profile(no signs) so as not to attract the wrong kind of attention. Plus, you can go jam at 3 am if you want. AND the air conditioning doesn’t suck unlike a certain place right down the road… Jim should be able to put you on a waiting list if there are no rooms available. Best jamrooms in this area in my opinion!
