This is a dirty fast food establishment. Me and my daughter went into place a order. After we order two other couples come in their food was given to them before ours because the girl working the front lost our food which was in a bag right in front of her that she put there. This give me plenty of time to look around the restaurant and see how disgusting it really was. Food was all over the floor kitchen area, The lid was missing on the drink dispenser over the ice, every table in the front was dirty. Not really sure how this place stays open.

10 minutes waiting at the drive thru window for my french dip sandwich, curly fries, and an order of mozzarella sticks… not ok. During that 10 minute wait the cashier asked me if I wanted any sauce and I told her marinara. Marinara was not in the bag when I got home.
At least my food was good. I love Arby’s but this location needs to step up their game.

This is my drive through guilty pleasure. French dip, curly fries and an ungodly amount of horsey sauce. I thought it was on Hulen not Altamesa though.

Came here for a quick lunch while waiting to get my driver’s license. The team was great! Quick accurate service and took time to check on customers in the eating area! Made the afternoon acceptable! Thanks for the break.

oh geez… if they only had one of these in nyc, i would be one happy girl! arbys is fast food, but healthier than any burger joint you will go to! the roast beef is piled high between buns with your choice of horseradish sauce or melted cheese… and their curly fries are DA BOMB!
