We have been going to Allergy & Asthma Clinic for a few years now. When Dr Tanna died (late 2014 if I remember right), everyone’s files were switched over to Dr Haden. I have see him once since then and was real brief. My mother has taken my daughter once and had to wait over an 1.5 hours to see someone. After complaining, every time I go in, they see me at once. I dont like changing doctor’s but…

I have been taking my daughter to this clinic for several years because I don’t like to switch doctors. Her doctor Dr Haden is not a friendly person. She hates him. He is not very empathetic either. Her asthma has been better and I have been avoiding going there. We needed refill on her epipen and asthma medication just in case. There are no appointments available so we had to wait several weeks to get in. Every time there is a long wait to be seen. This time I even scheduled not with the doctor but with the PA. He was very nice but we waited again 45 minutes. That’s how it goes there… They are always late and schedule an appointment is like a suggestion … The a stage wait is over 30 minutes… It was my last time there that’s for sure!
