I have used AAA Piano Services three times in the last year, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. This company appears to have the lowest rates in the DFW Metroplex. Recent examples include moving a baby grand piano within Arlington(about 12 miles) for $ 150, and moving a grand piano from North Dallas to Arlington(about 42 miles) for $ 225. Many of the competitors I contacted were charging $ 100 or more for the same or similar move. The business represents itself as being insured up to $ 30,000 per move. Stephen Cronk, the owner, is very courteous, and has been prompt in returning my phone calls and e-mails.

Horrible customer service. Their prices were somewhat competitive so I tried to schedule a move with them a month ago. They told me to just email or call when I was actually ready to do the move, since it was so far off. So then I emailed them to set something up for any day this week, and they told me they only had 3 time slots available for the whole coming week, none of which were convenient for someone who is gone working normal hours during the day. But I went to the trouble to rearrange my schedule to make one of the time slots work, and then they emailed me back saying they were going to «pass on the move». Whaaa? Seriously lame. No apology or reason given. I’ve been very displeased, to say the least, with how rude/short and inconsiderate they’ve been through this whole process. Give your money to some other piano moving company that actually appreciates your business.
