Cody was very communicative during our planning process, and he and his staff showed up on time and worked hard for our wedding. The buffet and carving station were great, and the plated salads, rolls and water stations were fabulous, too. The service was exemplary. People could NOT stop raving about how awesome the bartender was. I would recommend 360 Catering to anyone!

We had a great experience with Cody and 360 Catering. He was very friendly and flexible. Our wedding food was delicious, and we got compliments for it. I have severe food allergies, and Cody worked hard to make sure I would be safe and that it was be delicious and nice looking. Make sure you are aware of all of the additional fees and cost of the servers before you sign the contract. We decided really fast, and I assumed that the cost of the meal and the venue rental included everything. I was surprised by added fees and charges for wait staff. That’s probably my fault for not reading the fine print.

Catering is typically the biggest wedding expense. For a mid-range meal option with two of the cheap hor dourves, alcohol, and no desert will run you about $ 100/person after all the fees. It was expensive. We had to cut our guest list by about a third to stay within budget. The cost of the venue is supposed to guarantee one event a day. That didn’t stop him from later asking me if he could book a morning a gig after we paid him. Since it was so expensive, I had some high expectations and am going to hold them to it. First, one of the reasons we initially signed with the Victory Arts Center(VAC) venue was that we liked the wedding coordinator that came with it. However, in the 10 months that followed, the coordinator was no longer with VAC and we were not notified. When I asked the owner Cody about this, he got me into contact with a replacement who charged additional fees and sent me a form letter with the wrong client name on it. NOT about to use someone like that. Second, my friends were only supposed to assist with preparing my centerpieces. The staff asked them to do additional work, including place chair covers(and I only had about 70 guests). Part of all those VAC fees included initial set up and take down, so I thought that was ridiculous. I ended up having to apologize to my friends, who subsequently missed cocktail hour. About a third of my guests were nondrinkers(strict Muslims, etc). Cody would not subtract these individuals from the alcohol headcount, stating that the«drinkers will make up for it.» They also stopped serving alcohol at 9:30PM although we paid for alcohol until 10PM. When we designed our signature drinks, my drink was supposed to have something green in it; melon balls, to be exact. That’s what we paid for, and that was what was in the contract. The morning of my wedding, Cody told me he made sure he got fuchsia edible flowers for my drinks to reflect the wedding colors. I said that my colors were green and black. He responded, «Oh, sorry, that’s Saturday’s wedding» but did not make the change. The melon balls were absent. Also, since we were serving alcohol, we had to pay $ 100 an hour for security to be present. And you know what? There wasn’t any! So all that money went down the drain. I guess I could’ve invited three more people, but I digress. The last transgression was that he did not return my damage deposit in it’s entirety. First, he state it was because he sold the building«and will see if the new owners will give it back.» WTH? My contract was with him! His new reason was because some of my guests did not show up and he had extra food. Considering that my guests helped with labor and were even washing dishes past midnight, that’s ridiculous, not to mention the deposit was for DAMAGE. I can forget about getting my money for the nonexistent security back, too. He has since failed to return phone calls and e-mails. My husband had to go talk to a lackey about getting a partial refund. Cody has since disappeared into fat air with the rest.
