My 2 daughters started classes here in June 2014, after quitting a nearby gym. I’ll lay out the biggest differences and why I much more enjoy 10.0 Gymnastics. *Class size– at previous gym on Hulen St, the classes had as many as 8 – 10 kids. But there were also about 10 other classes going on at the same time. At 10.0 they really want to keep the student ratio smaller to focus on quality instruction. *Coaches– I noticed at other gym, parents could eventually get certified to «coach» the younger kids(I suspect this is to offset costs for those parents). At 10.0, all the coaches I’ve seen have a background in gymnastics. Which is so important especially at the younger levels where technique and form are crucial to set the foundation for the future. And the coaches actually pay attention and give constructive feedback! That was a big shock for my kids after coming from other gym, where coaches never paid attention. *Variety– my kids have rarely done the same thing week to week. They focus on the same skills, but they do it in different ways each week. They’re not bored to tears with doing the same thing day to day. *Price– I’m very satisfied with the costs associated with 10.0. My children are receiving safe, quality instruction and having fun.
