Ueber & Friedrich Dentistry

Dr. Ueber and Dr. Friedrich has been our family dentists for over 15 years. Both are wonderful with children and adults alike. Both are courteous, contentious and always on time. I would highly recommend this practice for dental work of any kind– implants, braces, cleanings, etc…

So after turning us over to collections they did respond to review on here and Facebook. However, as I requested over phone when making appointment just remove braces and do permanent retainer so she’s finished I am being sued for finished product but the job is unfinished. At appt they did nothing to her (left wires cutting get cheek). Dr. Ueber then pulled me into small consult room before checkout and said that he heard i left a pretty nasty review and said if i take these reviews down and bring in $ 1000 that them he MAY work with me. I called collections to see if that would be considered the settlement they had no idea. So we now go to court with an extra $ 1600 on original AND SHE’S STILL IN BRACES. How do I trust him to even provide decent care to get at this point? I plan to pay thus hopefully in settlement but i would like to just pay cash to next Dr. As we are getting back in our feet. Just as far as our treatment i would never recommend him especially since she’s way beyond the initial runtime time line given. Bad business. In search of new orthodontist to finish this.

Super friendly staff. They give you a nice canvas bag with a nice towel and insulated cup. I was taken on a tour and was sat in a private room with a table to complete my paperwork. Would absolutely recommend them!

I recently had a implant, I can now smile once again. The only issue that I have is the follow up work. My bite was never checked, I complained to the office manager and she set up a meeting with Dr. Friedrich. This was a meeting of futility! He never checked my bite which does need adjusted. Only one front tooth bites, the other does not touch my lower teeth. Dr. Friedrich said my lower teeth are worn down and that’s the reason for the no contact. I am currently seeking another Dentist who can adjust my bite and finish the work Dr. Friedrich neglected to finish. This was $ 3,400.00 that was not well spent!

I had a dental emergency within an emergency and the professional staff and Dentists were able to accommodate me effortlessly. If and when I need further treatment in the Fort Wayne are I will be sure to look no further!

I went to get a new retainer today, and I have to say… great service!!! Thank you!!!

Always on time with appointments. Friendly atmosphere and get to have fun. Love being able to joke around and laugh makes me feel comfortable instead of being anxious and scared.
