I’ve done business with the folks at Turf Services several times. They are always friendly and helpful. I have needed parts on multiple occasions and they always did whatever it took to track down the part and make sure I’m taken care of. And their prices are every bit as good as the big box stores.

Took my weed eater in for repairs and they said it would be about a week and a half before they could get to it. I said fine. 3 weeks later they call and told me what it was going to cost and asked if that was OK. I said yes, but was annoyed it took that long. 2 more weeks later and I called and asked what was taking so long and they then told me they were waiting to fix it because they didn’t write down that I gave my OK to fix it… Now im really mad! I again said yes, but they better do it fast. A week later they called and said that it was now going to cost more to fix than it was worth!!! Are you kidding me??? This place is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life!
