The Pfeiffer House

Do NOT miss this little gem in Ft Wayne. Others told me I would be sorry if I did and they were right. Only open weekdays though!
Google this place and watch the haunted house seekers video of strange happenings before you go and you’ll love it even more.
Beautifully kept historic home turned soda parlor with lunch as well.
Ask the owner for historical details as he purchased the home directly from the Pfeiffer family. House also used in the film «in the company of men».
We also visited famous soda shops like Arnolds and the Magic Wand, both outside of Ft Wayne, but Pfeiffer House was best tasting hands down. Try the egg cream. We also had frosticcino and banana ice cream soda.
You can really feel the history here. Original canvas walls, woodwork, etc. Private events held in the attic space which was amazing just to see. You will not find many laces like this in the U.S. Anymore. Don’t miss it.
