The Getaway Grill

They were at the East State Village Farmers Market on Sunday and we had a couple tacos for lunch. SO SO SO SO good. The way tacos should be. Anytime I hear Getaway Grill is at the market — I will be there.

This is a brand new business, going strong. After only three weeks?
It deserves a second look. What amazed me was how well prepared he was. With brand-​new everything being fully utilized, fully functioning everything.
He appeared to know what he was doing, after talking with him. He told me about how many years he had wanted to start his own food business. How he worked on the weekends in the farmers markets to learn his craft. Then after being downsized, «replaced» by a white collars relative (it was totally legal). He decided to go full time.
Everything he buys is produced locally, from his food cart to the farmers markets. Where he worked and learned to buy from. It changes throughout the season, to keep things fresh. If you look at my pictures you will see his chalkboard. Nothing you will find here is standard or at other street food vendors. Thank god we now have a place to help avoid the high cost of a sit down meal.
On his business card, that he give me. It listed him on Twitter and Facebook.
