I took my three(very picky) children as well as my teenage nephew here for lunch today. We all enjoyed our food very much. I absolutely love french dip sandwiches and though I believe this one was served with a portion of the french onion soup rather than au jus, it was absolutely delicious! My nephew ordered the Jack Daniels burger and said that it was the best burger he had ever eaten. My children 100% cleared their plates, which is something that I have NEVER witnessed while eating out with them. Several reviews stated that this place is similar to most other chains(i.e. Chilis, Applebees). I would agree, but I would definitely pick TGIF over the competition. The service was friendly, efficient and quick, the restaurant was clean, the price was reasonable and the food left us walking away with full/satisfied tummies.

This restaurant should be more open that they are independently owned and do not follow nationally advertised specials. Our fist visit to the chain was in Michigan. We happened upon the restaurant and they were offering an unlimited apps special. for our group of four, it gave our group the opportunity to sample several appetizers among the group. When we saw the special being advertised locally, we decided to try our local location. It wasn’t until my daughter and her date were seated that they were told that the local restaurant does not participate in the national promotions. They didn’t want to walk out on the server, so they tried to order from the menu. My daughter got a very disappointing pasta dish, which was no were near as tasty as the apps at the Michigan location. I wish they had known that locally advertised specials are not honored at this location.

The place that has the best(and my favorite) mozzarella stix. I don’t know why they’re so good but they are! The server was friendly and her service was really good. 2 thumbs up! Just wish they stayed open later for us night owls :)

I’ve been to this TGI Fridays now twice for lunch, never for dinner, so This review focuses on lunchtime servie and food. Our service was friendly and prompt, taking out drink orders and returning to answer questions on the menu pretty quickly. She was able to help with a couple of her favorite suggestions as well. we settled on the SPINACHFLORENTINEFLATBREAD appetizer and shared the Battered Cod fish and chips meal. The flatbread was is a standard menu offering and we thoroughly enjoyed it. the item was delivered to the table by the manager who was very friendly and offered to bring a side of crushed red pepper(yep we wanted it spicier). They also offer a gluten free version of this item if needed, just ask. The menu also has several other glutten free items. The fish and chips were very lightly breaded with flour, tasty fish. since we told our server that we were splitting the item, she was kind enough to plate the order separately, a very nice touch we thought(most places you have to ask or get just an empty extra plate.) The fries were seasoned with Fridays blend which we have liked on both visits. The coleslaw that arrived was sweet, fresh and crunchy. they gave us each our own small serving ofthis too. Our experience on both visits was very pleasant and positive.

I’d give negative stars if I could. Worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Table orders messed up, incompetent managers, complete gongshow. Go to the food court for better dining service

Been here a few times. Food is okay but not spectacular. The do not honor the national advertising. For example, a current promotion for unlimited appetizers for $ 10 is not honored. Staff said the franchisee won’t honor the national promotions because he loses money on them. So, be prepared to pay full(over) price.

Food was good but service was slow slow slow. Make sure you have extra time to spare before going here. I will return…

I come here and watch espn while my daughter is at soccer practice and really have no complaints. Plenty of tvs and a happy hour menu that fits the budget. I usually get the wings which are damn good. The remodel in this mall location is a nice change up although will look pretty dated in a couple years. Service is always fast and friendly. Drinks a little pricey.

My first visit here was not really impressive and I can’t say I will be back soon. The service was horribly slow. We ordered drinks and waited 10 min to get them! Another 10 min for her to come back and get our order! My husband and I both ordered the ribeye steak it was ok but way under seasoned. The mozzarella tomatoes salad was the best part of the meal wish you got more then three bites definitely not on my favorite list.

Its your standard, run-of-the-mill, TGI Fridays. If you eat here, Applebees, Chillis, or any of the other ones. You are eating the same food. Its all the same. Nothing special here. Get food. Waitress’s are underpaid so you as a Customer are expected to tip them. IFWEALLQUITTIPPING, THESECOMPANIESWILLBEFORCEDTOPAYTHEIRSTAFF!!!

Bling. Where’s your bling??? TGI Friday’s has been around for a long time, and hasn’t changed much. It’s better than fast food, but not by much. While having my automobile serviced in December, I was stuck at the mall for several hours. That meant there were several thousands of other people there shopping frantically for last minute Christmas gifts. I was very happy to sit undisturbed for an hour and read my book at TGIF’s while I ate lunch. The food was hot, the drinks were cold, and the staff was pleasant. Tip: The bar area is much more conducive to private sitting areas than the small and narrow ‘restaurant’ area… plus there are TV’s in bar also!

If you’re going to eat at TGI Fridays, you’d better darn well play some good defense. I learned this lesson the hard way. It’s probably been 10+ years since I’ve stepped into one of these places. I was shocked that very little has changed and what has changes hasn’t been for the better. Look, my dad drove me around all day while I was visiting. When I offered him lunch as payback, he suggested this place because he likes one of their burgers. Sure, dad. I don’t know the town and you did drive me around so sure, TGI Friday’s it is. There are pictures of sweathogs on the wall, a traffic light, of course. Also pictures of the gang from Happy Days and one of J.R. Ewing smiling at you as you leave. There are other flashing lights and the last decades pop music blasting through the speakers. The staff still wears the red and white striped shirts. However, none of them are as cute as Jennifer Aniston in Office Space. Or even as cute as that«Get a room, you two!» guy she worked with. Nope. Can’t Friday’s back off the silly outfits when most of the staff reaches my age and body shape as it has at this place, can we just go with basic black? All this noise and carefully designed kitsch is there for a reason: to distract you from the food. Their black angus burgers are cooked through for your safety. Then cooked a bit more. It had the texture of some kind of meal. I was going to go for a salad to interrupt my holiday binging with some much needed fiber but even the salads looked unhealthy so I went with this burger and fries. I thought I’d ordered a Bleu cheese burger but what was delivered was this god awful thing I now know was a Spicy Craft Beer-Cheese burger. This thing was just simply stupid. Fried AND Grilled jalapeño peppers. Who things of this crap? I don’t each peppers much. I took them off. It didn’t help. Still overly spicy. There was no other flavor in the thing. It was pure heat and nothing else. The fries were ok. My body is still processing the rest.

We ate at TGI Fridays tonight and the food was amazing. We ordered off the premium selections menu and the salmon/shrimp was delicious.(As good as the fish we had in Northern Michigan.) Even better was the service. Our server, Christin, was so nice and prompt. She gave the two little ones free ice cream when it was only one child’s birthday. We so appreciate good service and will come back again!!!
