I went to this store on Friday 2÷13÷2015 to get an iPhone 4 setup for my mother, who after having a flip phone for 3 months decided she wanted a smart phone again. My brother, who recently upgraded, gave her his old phone.
I believe the managers name is Kate, she was so helpful and very knowledgable. Kate was training a new employee of 2 weeks, her name was Sawyer. She was such a breath of fresh air and did everything she could to make our experience at Verizon a comfortable one. She was still learning so she asked Kate a lot of questions and looked like she was picking it up quick. Thank you for a great experience Sawyer and Kate.
