I made an order at 2:39pm at Taco Bell on Jefferson after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes and did not receive the food until 3:15pm. There was no concern for customer service and the manager who was filling in from Time Corners (Ashley) didn’t once apologize for the inconvenience and she was extremely rude. There were two other employees making the food with no hustle at all, along with a cashier and a take out window person. This is one of the dirtiest places I’ve been in as there were no clean trays available and the employees were not concerned with hygiene. The tables were dirty and so were the restrooms. How long does it take five people to make a few tacos? I don’t think I will ever come back and Ashley is not even close to being qualified to run, let alone «manage» a fast food restaurant. This was one of my worst food experiences and it was a complete disaster. Whoever runs this store needs to get it together.

We stopped here around 930 on a Saturday night after a concert at park view field and waited over 30 minutes for food. The lane is only wide enough for one car so there is no leaving once you are boxed in. The drink was watered down by the time I got it but that would be expected after waiting that long. I assume this was an isolated case as it would not be in business if it was standard. The food was good though.
