This has been my go to for years. Great customer service and a laid back attitude. The most recent time I went in, I looked at three things. All three times they asked me if I was buying it and could they wrap it up for me. I know what I like and just wanted to look and buy. They wanted my ptice range and everything seemed forced. Hopefully this was a one off and they will be back to give stars again someday.

Im on the fench with this company.
First the face foward customer service is amazing. The employees are some of my favorite ive ever had anywhere. They are outstanding with customer service and i love them for that. They are extremely personable and attentive. Most know me very well because my fiancé and i have purchased many items from them.
With that being said, the back face or unseen things are a bit off. This may be long but is important to me.
I ordered an engagement ring from here. They said I should get it within 3 weeks! So ordered it 2 months in advanced to be sure I had it and was safe with me. I called in after the 3^rd week and they said it should be about 2 more weeks. At that point it was fine. After those two weeks I called again and the previous person was away on vacation. This woman was the head manager and she said I would get it by the end of the month. Mind you «end of the month» was two months later meaning… that wouldn’t get it in time for the actual proposal. I told them I needed it sooner. And luckily I got it the friday before the monday I left. you can see why I was uneasy. So my 3 weeks turned into 2 months. I was told by an employee that it wasn’t ordered whe it was supposed to be and that why it was late… from here on its made me very weary about ordering from her on.
Long story short they said they would do anything that they could to make me happy, so they gave me a 10 dallor gift card to a resturaunt.
I cant say that my experience was great and what was done after wasn’t good either.
As I said before the people there are amazing but this particular experience made me very very unhappy and I felt like I was treated far under par!
