Pizza Hut

New Years Eve, 2015 I visited and ordered a large, regular crust pizza and had pepperoni put on at extra cost on what I thought was a cheese pizza. NO CHEESE! When I saw an ad on tv and saw lots and lots of cheese on the special (stringy cheese attached as piece was pulled out. That is false advertising and it may be that only this site is responsible. The salad bar was good and we had a good time but the pizza was in name only.

I love ordering delivery from here. You can order online and see what you will get. The drivers are really nice and even deliver in snow storms.

Good food, friendly service, and the only edible pizza hut food I get is when I’m back in Indiana!

Pizza buffet and salad bar are where it’s at. The restaurant is normally busy enough in order to have fresh as well as a variety of different pizzas on the buffet line. Service is normally pretty good, every server we have had has been diligent and tended to our requests (for specific pizzas to put on the buffet). The price is not bad either. Recommend for most (never for a quite evening).

Visited the store when nearly empty on a Friday night. Ordered wings, waffle fries and pizza. The wings and pizza were Fort Wayne Pizza Hut caliber and wings were good. Fries were awful, Pizza Hut needs to get out of the waffle fry business ASAP… I should’ve known better getting these at a pizza place…
Service was underwhelming. Asked if we could order a dinner box and eat in and we’re told no, because the waitress didn’t believe we’d tip her… In a nearly empty restaurant meal took 30 min to bring and visited once by waitress to check drinks… When food came, she did not serve the first piece which is not normal. Waitress didn’t ask about meal quality when she brought the bill not when she rang us up… Not terrible service but like I said, underwhelming…

I am writing this as an update, and it’s a good one! I have visited this location for many years, and until recently it was really a good location. For reasons unknown to me (and likely any other patrons) this location definitely slipped in service. Maybe if I hadn’t been a regular, I would not have noticed and just wrote the place off.
I am happy to write that I’ve visited this location a couple time recently and service has really improved. If you are travelling through Fort Wayne along I-​69 at the Dupont Road exit and have a desire for the well above average Pizza Hut quality that we have here in Fort Wayne — this location is worth the trip west from the interchange. Be aware that if you are driving west on Dupont road, you need to turn into the Woodland Plaza shopping center before reaching Coldwater Road.

Ordered two pizzas for carry out on a Tuesday evening. Toppings were very skimpy on both pizzas, but one them had almost no cheese. Entire slices had no cheese at all! I called the store and the manager offered to make me another pizza. We had to go pick it up, you would think delivery would have been offered. The replacement pizza had very skimpy toppings, but a little more cheese than the first one. We have never considered Pizza Hut to be a really good pizza, but for $ 10, it was acceptable. Recently, however, the amount of cheese has dwindled to the point where we will stop ordering.

An interesting style of pizza I was not familiar with. Thin crust. The sauce is less sweet, the toppings distribution was good and the crust crispy. This place is average size you probably won’t want to book your company party here, but you might see about ordering some pies for take-​out or delivery.
Located in the Dupont road area. Pizza hut is in good company with Abby’s and Mc Donald’s just up the street. Parking is spacious in this area, so do not worry about it. Different varieties of lunch specials are available, to keep things form getting boring.
