Masters of Cosmetology College

As a client, I was grossed out. I wouldn’t have stayed if I didn’t have a groupon. This place is filthy! I had a mani, pedi, and facial. The manicure station towels were cold and wet (I’m hoping they were changed from the previous client?) and the pedicure bath had hair in it… Not my hair either. I was picking pieces off of my legs after the service. Disgusting. Speaking of hair, the floor was littered in it. I know this is a student learning area, but clean up after you are done cutting hair, many students were sitting around talking while hair was scattered around the floor under their feet. The walls, floor and ceiling needed a deep clean, and the air ducts were literally taped together with packing tape. The services were below average for a school. My technician didn’t offer to cut or shape my nails for the manicure and I had to ask for her to do my toes. She also forgot to use the pumice file in my feet and just gave it to me to take home and do myself. I realize that part of my services is tech dependent, but next time I walk into a filthy place like this, I will forfeit any money I have already spent and go somewhere else. (I ended up only usung half my groupon anyway as I can’t stand the thought of going back.)
