Stopped in on a work trip for some tasty brew and grub. Tried the cucumber sour, good karma ipa, summer daze, and 6 to midnight session ipa. 6 to midnight and sour were great. Summer daze, meh. Good karma was just not good, flat, little taste. Perhaps something was wrong with the keg? Had the veggie munchie burger, in house, very good. The«free sides» did not sound good, and it was an extra two bucks to get fries or potato chips. So no side, and a little irritation that you do not get fries standard with a $ 10 burger. I mean, come on. Service was good, just the right amount of attentiveness. One off beer at a brewery, minus one star. No fries with a burger, minus one star. And there you go, a three star review!

I’m not sure why Unilocal isn’t ‘recommending’ any of the lower star reviews, I seem to agree with them. The food is wonderful and the beer is even better! The service is very slow! If you are in no hurry I would definitely recommend this place. I’ve gone twice in the past two weeks and had a wonderful meal and cocktails but certainly had to wait for it. It took 20 minutes for them to take our food order and we had been there for 45 minutes by the time we got our food, and they weren’t even busy. I could tell this as the waitresses were huddled together chatting and rolling silverware. But really the food and drinks are great!

Delicious and Comfortable for a very reasonable price. Neighborhood establishment feel. You will crave their Scooby Snacks once you’ve tried them. Nothing fancy just quality daily dishes. Wish they had a non dairy dessert. I would love to see their spin on a BBQ bean and slaw sandwich, just saying.

Great little find on our way through Fort Wayne! The food and the beer were outstanding! I’d recommend the Good Karma IPA.

Worst service. Came here with a group of 7. They weren’t even close to being busy and our food took over 70 minutes. Our waitress didn’t check up on us or fill up our drinks for over 30 mins. We were her only table. I had to go find someone to ask where our food was. 10 mins later she came by and said it was a kitchen mistake. No discount or proper apologies. This is not the first time. We try to always support local, but we will never be going back.

Good food at a good price. Their beer selection is always spot on and if you are a mug club member the price is always right. The menu is kind of stale and new items could be rotated in for a fresh feel. However the menu they do have is what they do best. Scotch Eggs and a Good Karma IPA after a long week is amazing. The unwraps and sandwiches are also amazing. If you like local watering holes with that cozy bar feel Mad Anthony’s is the place for you. Hell I don’t even know why I am wring this review. If you have lived in Fort Wayne for any amount of time you have eaten here I almost guarantee it!

«The Munchy» as it’s called was pretty good today. I’ve been here before and I’ve had better before but I’ve also had worse. The food was pretty good today. The atmosphere was very good as a pub and grill place. The service however was pretty slow even though there were hardly any people there. My favorite part of this place are the fries, which are terrific. I’ll be back here eventually.

We recently stopped in for lunch and a fight. We sat at the bar. Our bartender was pleasant and friendly! I liked the beers I tried in the flight I choose. I ordered the short rib grilled cheese wth Scooby snacks. I really thought the food was good! I wish I lived closer, there were many items on the menu I would like to try! I will definitely return when I’m in the area again!

Huge change from the boring Muchies menu that used to be here. 3 visits in the past month and there is still more items I want to try. Friendly staff, brew-pub menu done right… Parking is very limited and the neighborhood might be a little too sketchy for the«pumpkin spice» crowd… But drop your hang ups and find out what a brew-pub is supposed to be!

I come here most Wednesdays and they have some of the best local beer I’ve had. Great prices. The staff is always nice and the food is always great.

I always enjoy my time here. There is a nice variety of beers that they rotate throughout the year. Their appetizers are all very good, as well as their sandwiches. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. All the food I have had here is great. It is a go-to for sure in Fort Wayne.

I go to the Mad Anthony in Auburn. Wide variety of dishes on the menu, many cajun selections, along with some of the best deep fried, cod, perch and walleye anywhere. The brew club is unbeatable by any I have tried. And wash it all down with a Gabby Blonde Lager. Oh yeah, lets go.

Great selection of food and beer, with the added bonus of carry out on Sunday to work around those terrible Indiana liquor laws. Wide variety of dishes on the menu, can’t really to wrong but my personal favorite is the creamy cajun chicken pasta.

I really enjoyed this place. I went here twice for beer, one of those times adding a little food. I was really confused because everyone kept calling the place Munchies, but it was called Mad Anthony’s. I kept trying to figure that one out. It seems like it used to be Munchies, but now it is Mad Anthony’s and no one can seem to remember the new name!!! Not sure. But I enjoyed their beers.

Cool ambience and great staff. Had a huge party with a bunch of kiddos running around too and our server did a great job taking care of us. I tried the waffle fries and poutine appetizers, both of which were very good and plenty for four people. The food was also tasty, the waitress recommended the Cali«unwrap» which is pretty much a flatbread. Great stop for a quick lunch and I would assume dinner because of the bar, home crafted beer, and a stage for entertainers.

Only came for a Happy Hour drink and didn’t sample any food. Beer is okay. Had the traditional 6 beer flight and the only stand out was the Harry Baals Irish Stout. The new barstools are horrible! You easily bang your knees against them. Please replace ASAP.

Stopping in to meet a college friend of my husband’s over the holidays has become a fun tradition. This year was no different. The beer is good and there are many choices. The food is the bar bites you’d expect but it’s done well. The atmosphere is always fun and provides a great place to catch up.

I would separate my experience at Mad Anthony into two distinct portions, beer and food. Mad Anthony’s brewery environment warrants a 4-star review. The beer selection is immense, cheap, and tasty. It definitely feels like a good place to unwind for a beer or two after work. It was not really the best place for food. The selection is standard brew-pub fare, but the quality was underwhelming. My first entrée was bland and unappetizing. I will most likely just stick to the beer. It also seemed that Mad Anthony’s was in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood and I did not feel comfortable walking around after dark. There was also very limited parking.

Stopped here while in town for work. The beer is great, but the food was Applebee’s quality at best. The Cajun chicken fettuccine was clearly jarred sauce with reheated frozen broccoli(it was even cube shaped). It was gummy and flavorless. However, the beer was a win. I had the sampler to see which I liked best then took a 6-pack of the auburn lager back to my hotel. I’d recommend stopping here for a drink and appetizer instead of dinner.
