Human Motor Works

I have been to this bike shop 3 times. Each time it reminds me how much easier it is to buy online. I was hoping to get some expert advice on the latest cycling equipment. Sadly my first 2 visits I was met with some nice enough sales people but there were not experts at all. They had some great high end bikes so that is major plus, but nobody with any passion or expertise on them. Very poor sales training could not tell me why to buy one bike over another. Every accessory I was shopping for they either had not seen or heard of. They offered to order what I wanted in to the store or just said «No we don’t carry those» No compelling reason to buy from them. I can order out of a catalog at home. On two of my three visits one of the mechanics, who was not working on any bikes, interrupted my conversation with the sales person and had nothing positive to add or help in any way. I brought a friend and he mentioned to me that guy was irritating.
There are better more friendly bike shops in Fort Wayne.

This is probably the best bike shop I’ve been to in a long time
